For a proper expedition into the wild, organisation is essential. The long distances are a challenge that requires a light backpack with an intuitive set of features. Osprey developed the Xenith backpack specifically for these expeditions into the most remote regions of the world. It features a light yet durable construction and a very intuitive set of features. Two vertical zip-up openings and the bottom compartment offer additional points of access into the main compartment. The adjustable BioForm CM hip belt supports and distributes the weight evenly for a comfortable wearing experience. Plus, the adjustable NeoSpacer shoulder straps and AirScape back panel provide comfortable weight distribution and air circulation. Osprey’s unique stow-on-the-go feature enables you to easily attach and detach your trekking poles to and from the backpack. The detachable lid pocket doubles as an AirScape-padded hip pouch. This hip pouch is particularly useful for daytime hikes away from camp. Additionally, the Power Mesh compartments on the front and side of the backpack provide storage space for water bottles or other items you need to stow quickly. The compartments in the hip belt give you quick, easy access to all your essentials like energy bars, sunscreen or your digital camera. The Xenith incorporates everything Osprey has learned over the past 40 years of designing comfortable, durable and intuitive trekking backpacks.
