This mixture is the most versatile and works throughout the period from the spring to the late autumn very well. Even if the temperatures are dropping below the freezing point there is enough pressure within the gas cartridge to supply a cooker or stove reliably with fuel. The tolerated temperature range allows the use of these cartridges in particular when the weather- and temperature conditions are unclear.
Primus has gas for all seasons and purposes. They offer three different gas mixtures for a variety of conditions: Summer Gas, Power Gas and Winter Gas, optimize energy and effectiveness when and where you need it.
Power Gas is the most versatile blend, delivering excellent power even around zero degrees Celsius. Summer Gas is optimized for maximum fuel effciency in hot conditions up to temperatures to 40 °C. For cold temperatures, Primus has created Winter Gas that works well down to -22 °C.
