Deceptively simple, the Voyager 2 is the ’baby’ of the series but can cope reliably with everything the weather throws at it. Sleeping two, it gives comfortable shelter for trekkers, cyclists and other lightweight campers. Generous internal space is complemented by a porch offering ample storage and cooking space as well as a variety of flysheet door opening, access and storage options. Quick to pitch and ultra stable, it is ideal for self-propelled trips and expeditions by couples and friends. Two hooped poles mean that the tent is pitched easily even after an exhausting day’s activity. The tapered profile helps to reduce overall weight and also improves its wind-shedding profile without affecting users’ comfort.
The fabric does not burn, but melts when in direct contact with flames.
HydroTex HD fabric is made exclusively for Robens to address our uncompromising need for a light, strong, durable flysheet material. The tough 75 denier high density polyester has a polyurethane (PU) coating with a 5000 mm hydrostratic head waterproof rating, UV-inhibitors and is fire retardent for safety. This fabric will withstand years of heavy use, no matter how harsh the conditions.
Flat pole sleeve
Flat sleeves allow easy pole threading, low profile and wind resistance.
Strong, flexible and durable tape is glued and heatsealed over flysheet seams for effective long-term waterproofing in this critical area.
Guyline retainers hold folded guylines securely when packing away to avoid the nightmare of tangles and knots later.
The Robens Low Vent airflow system allows a healthy airflow through the tent for ventilation. It can be adjusted easily to reflect changing weather conditions.
